Blogs come in two major flavors: Blogs, which are more link-oriented, keeping track of news in a particular topic area; and online journals, which emphasize more of the writer's own thoughts, opinions, and daily life. Both need to be updated on a fairly regular basis in order to be included here (at least three times a week).

Many Blogs die a quick and painless death because the author simply gets bored of maintaining it. That's fine, but don't bother submitting a site you have no intention of maintaining for the long haul.
