The activism category should only contain sites that have some details as to "what you can do" politically — action that people can take, or have taken. A site offering primarily general information or education on a subject should be submitted to Society/Issues". A site about a particular political grouping or ideology or which emphasizes electoral and governmental actions in Maryland should be submitted via Regional/North America/United States/Maryland/Society and Culture/Politics. Other Maryland organizations that do all or none of these things, or for some other reason don't fit neatly into issues, politics, or activism should be submitted to Regional/North America/United States/Maryland/Society and Culture/Organizations.
