Plant Pathology

I joined DMOZ on 11 June 2001. I am currently working as a post-doctoral researcher on "Sudden Oak Death" at the University of California. I completed my PhD on 16 November 2001. My thesis title was "Phenotypic variation of two localised populations of Phytophthora cinnamomi from Western Australia and how they impact on Eucalyptus marginata resistance."

I am very keen to see that Plant Pathology is better promoted on the web. That is why I joined DMOZ. I was accepted for editing this category on 17 July 2001.

Other Interests

My main interests outside of Plant Pathology include webdesign, photography and listening to music. What type of music? Anything from classical to rock including Jars of Clay, Avalon, Amy Grant, Cliff Richard, Michael W Smith, Maire Brennan, Celine Dion, Mariah Carey and more.

I am an avid collector of Australian stamps.
